Jiyū No Mure(自由の群れ)
*Asuka is a brave fighter in her own right. She is loyal to her herd. Her half-sister is Natsumi. She is very prideful of her position of lead mare in the herd.
*Natsumi is sassy and temperamental. She seems to hate everyone, especially her half-sister, Asuka. She has dreams of running away, but hates the idea of insecurity.
*Shizuka is sweet and respectful. She would never do anything to undermine Asuka or Hikaru's authority. She joined early on with Hikaru, and became his favorite mare. Hikaruko is their child.
*Hikaru is calm and even-tempered, a mediator in arguments. Hikaruko is his and Shizuka's child.
*Hikaruko is young, flighty, and curious, poking her nose into everything. She's close to being old enough to pick her name, and very excited for the day. Shizuka and Hikaru are her parents.
*Rin is a quiet loner, who was shadowing the herd for a few months, but only just joined. Hikaru views him with cold suspicion, afraid that he'll run away with some of his herd, especially Natsumi and Hikaruko, as they are most enamored of Rin.
*Satomi is a new member, and eager to fit in, and rise up the ranks on her known.
*Yuu is a sassy, bold mare, who over-frequently makes what are known as "bad decisions." She calls it being brave and doing the right thing.
